Kanzou is a Sky-type Denjuu. It is one of artist Saiko Takaki's favorite Denjuu, and its design was said to have been based on a fox.

Name etymology

Kanzou is the Japanese name for Hemerocallis lilioasphodelus, the Yellow Day-lily. Kanzou is also the Japanese word for licorice.
